Terms & conditions

Last updated 2 September 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you buy coaching from us, or when you fill in your onboarding form. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them to you in person. If anything is unclear, ask before you buy.

Who we are

Inspired Coaching is an online personal training service run by Lewis Reeves and Charlotte Reeves. When these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who they mean. When they say “you”, they mean the person receiving the coaching — and, if someone else paid, the person who paid as well.

You can reach us at lewis@inspiredcoachingonline.com.

What you are buying

Online coaching: a personalised training plan, nutrition targets and guidance, and regular check-ins with us. The exact package depends on which plan you choose, and what is included is listed on the pricing section of our site at the time you buy. Video-call sessions are a one-off hour (or a block of hours) with Lewis or Charlotte, not an ongoing coaching subscription.

Coaching is guidance, not a guarantee. We will give you a plan built around your circumstances and support you in following it, but results depend on factors we do not control — chiefly whether the plan gets followed. We do not promise a specific weight, body composition or performance outcome, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

You must be at least 16. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must buy the coaching and agree to these terms on your behalf.

Health and safety

Lewis Reeves, Charlotte Reeves and Inspired Coaching are coaches, not doctors, physiotherapists or registered dietitians. Nothing we give you — plans, targets, messages, check-ins, videos or anything else — is medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health problem, and it does not replace the advice of a doctor or other qualified health professional.

Consult your doctor before you start, and again if anything changes, particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, or take medication that affects exercise or diet. Tell us about those things so we can plan around them. Do not send us detailed medical records through this website; tell us in onboarding or by email, in your own words.

Stop training and seek medical advice if you feel unwell or experience pain. You take part in any training programme at your own risk. If this is an emergency, contact emergency services — we are coaches, not a crisis or medical service, and we may not see a message straight away.

How we work together

Coaching only works if both sides do their bit. We will give you clear, honest feedback. You agree to take responsibility for your own progress, to follow the plan in good faith, and to tell us when you cannot — life happens, and we would rather know than guess.

Communication matters. If something is not working, say so. We can only coach what we can see.

For Full Coaching, Couples and the 6 Week Challenge, weekly check-ins are part of the service. That means a weigh-in and progress photos each week, plus an honest note on training, food and how the week actually went. If you stop sending them, we cannot coach you properly and we may pause the coaching until they resume. Pausing does not by itself stop billing — cancel in the usual way if you want payments to stop.

How quickly we reply

We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 36 hours at weekends. Those are targets, not promises. Replies will be slower when we are away (see below), and we do not monitor messages overnight. If you need urgent medical help, do not wait for us.

When we are away

We take up to four weeks’ holiday a year. We will tell you the dates in advance. Your plan stays in place and billing continues; we just will not be as quick to reply. If we ever need a longer break than that, we will pause billing or extend the period you have paid for.

Progress photos

The photos you send us stay yours. We do not take ownership of them. You give us permission to use them so we can coach you — check form, track progress, and plan the next block. We treat them as confidential, along with your weigh-ins and anything else you tell us, and we will not share them except as set out here, in our privacy policy, or as the law requires.

Using a photo for promotion or social media is a separate decision, and it is optional. Buying coaching does not give us that permission. If we ever want to share a photo, we will ask you first. If you say yes, we will obscure your face unless you ask us not to, and we will not name you. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us. We will not use the photos in new posts after that; we cannot take back what other people have already screenshotted or shared.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. All prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay — we are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it over the following days and email you. If it keeps failing we may pause your coaching until it is resolved.

Cancelling

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing us, or by asking us to do it for you.

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end your coaching immediately — you keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period you are currently in, and your plan ends on that date. If you would rather stop immediately, tell us and we will arrange it, though the remainder of a paid period is not automatically refunded.

Please also tell us you are leaving, so we can wrap up your plan properly. That message is a courtesy, not a notice period — you do not have to wait 30 days, or any other period, to stop future payments.

Refunds and your cooling-off rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from purchase to change your mind about a service bought online. Because coaching starts straight away, by buying you are asking us to begin within that period and you accept that once the service has been fully performed you lose the right to cancel it.

In practice: if you cancel within 14 days and we have already begun, we will refund you in proportion to what has not yet been delivered. If you have not yet had any coaching, we will refund you in full. For the 6 Week Challenge, this applies up to the point the cohort starts; after it has started we do not refund it, because the plan and the group place have already been provided. For a video-call block, we will refund any session that has not yet been delivered if you cancel within those 14 days.

Beyond that, we would rather have a conversation than a dispute. If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell us and we will do what is fair.

Your side of it

Your coaching is for you personally. Please do not share, resell or republish the plans, videos or materials we give you. For the Couples plan, the coaching covers the two named people on the account. For the 6 Week Challenge, be decent in the group — no sharing other people’s photos, weigh-ins or messages.

We ask that you are honest with us about your training, your food and your health. We can only coach what we can see, and the plan is only as good as the information behind it.

We may end the coaching (and cancel any subscription) if you are abusive, if you repeatedly ignore the plan with no communication, or if continuing would in our view be unsafe. If we end it for reasons that are about us rather than you, we will refund the portion you have paid for and not received.

Our side of it

We will deliver the coaching described in the plan you bought, with reasonable care and skill. If we ever have to pause or stop coaching you for reasons of our own, we will refund the portion you have paid for and not received.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for results you do not get, or for loss that was not foreseeable when you bought.

Your data

How we handle your information — including intake details, weigh-ins and progress photos — is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published when you bought, unless a change is needed for legal reasons. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in the country where you live if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK.
